We chose to have our wedding dinner at Alkaff Mansion as we were looking for a cosy venue where we could interact and engage with our guests. It was the perfect venue for that.

As the venue is, after all, a really old building, be prepared for the amenities to be old as well. The lift is susceptible to overheating, and the venue is hard to reach if it rains. So it's best to manage your and your guests' expectations. Otherwise, it's a really unique wedding venue, which offers a really intimate setting.

A special shout-out to Shirley and Joan for being so fantastic right from the start. They were so helpful as well in giving us pointers, really showcasing their experience in the industry. Thank you!!

Had my wedding at UNA at Alkaff Mansion for our wedding and it could not have been more perfect!

1. Wedding Sales team & Coordinator - John was our first point of contact, and was extremely generous and supportive in our requests! Our coordinator, Celest, is responsive, responsible, and so so so kind to a very anxious bride. On the actual day, she gave so many useful tips such as to hold the bouquet on which hand etc. I believe our wedding wouldnt have been perfect if she wasnt there!!!

2. Food - our guests raved about the food. This was really important to us and we did not want the standard Singaporean banquet food.

3. Service staff - everyone from the manager, to the waiters were all so kind and sweet! They made my guests and me feel so special.

4. After party - great venue and definitely the highlight for all our guests! Manager and staff were also very friendly and kind.

All in all, UNA @ Alkaff was the perfect wedding venue for us and we are so so so thankful we picked this place. Can't wait to return for our anniversaries!

We recommend contacting us early, as popular dates, especially weekends, tend to book up quickly. Our team can check availability and hold tentative dates while you finalize your plans.

2. What is the minimum spending or minimum number of guests required?

Our wedding packages are flexible, accommodating everything from intimate solemnizations to full celebrations with up to 350 guests indoors. There is an overall minimum spend, which our wedding specialists will provide based on your preferred date and time.

3. What is the maximum capacity at The Alkaff Mansion?

Depending on the setup, our venue can accommodate:

L2 Main Dining: 180pax with a stage
L2 Main Dining + Bar & Lounge: 226pax with a stage
Full Mansion (L1 and L2): 352pax

We’re also able to host solemnizations, lunches or dinners, and after-parties—all conveniently in one location.

4. What does your wedding package include?

Our wedding packages generally include:

A customized 4-course menu featuring our award winning restaurant UNA, crafted by our chefs
Draft Beer, Wines, Champagne and free-flow soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea

5. Can we bring in our own vendors (florists, photographers, decorators)?

Yes! We welcome external vendors and also have a list of trusted partners who knows our venue well.

6. Do you have wet-weather backup options?

Yes, we understand that Singapore’s weather can be unpredictable. For outdoor solemnizations, we always have an indoor contingency plan in place to ensure your celebration proceeds smoothly, rain or shine.

7. What are the payment, deposit, postponement and cancellation policies?

A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable on the wedding day. Should you need to postpone, our team will assist you in finding alternative dates. Cancellation policies will be clearly detailed in your contract for complete transparency.

8. Do you cater to special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.)?

Absolutely. With advance notice, our chefs can prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special dietary meals. Although our kitchens are not halal-certified, we can arrange halal meals through trusted partners upon request.

9. Can we have a food tasting before confirming?

Yes, menu tastings are offered for confirmed wedding packages, allowing you to sample our dishes before finalizing your selections.

10. How long is the venue booking for?

Our standard packages provide 4 hours of event time, with the option to add extra hours for early setup and after-party upon request.

11. What facilities and amenities are provided?

14. Is there a cutoff time for music and celebrations?

Our standard cutoff time is 2pm for lunch and 10.30pm for dinner. Extensions for dinner bookings may be available—please let us know your requirements.
