Every May, Córdoba in Andalusia, Spain comes alive with the Festival of the Patios, where private courtyards are adorned with flowers and opened to the public for a limited time.
Inspired by this tradition, florals find their place across the fountain and conservatory at The Alkaff Mansion throughout May.
At UNA, the celebration continues with a seasonal menu from 4 to 17 May, featuring dishes inspired by the flavours of Andalusia, southern Spain — from chilled almond soups and olive oil to paprika-led stews and coastal seafood.
